Time can be used for full service focused project work or live 1:1 support, with unused plan time available for up to one year.
Marketing service time works like a retainer and is flexible in how it is used. Time can be applied across Wix web design, SEO, marketing, strategy, website edits, and communication. Communication includes video calls, emails, and texts. One-on-one sessions can be scheduled using your plan time when logged into this website for internal collaboration or client-facing meetings. Project updates are tracked in your client portal. Ongoing maintenance plans do not include integration of website features e-commerce, booking , blog, plans, podcast, CMS.

If additional content is provided after the design phase has begun, extra time may be required to review it, ensure it aligns with the site, adjust the layout as needed, and incorporate it effectively. The client bears the responsibility of supplying essential content, materials, and assets required for the project in its most final form. This encompasses, but is not limited to, text, images, logos, videos, links and any other media. SBSS will gather and integrate any remaining content as necessary, even if the client has not explicitly requested it or supplied it, including the procurement of free stock images, videos, graphics, website copy and social media links. To facilitate easy reference, it is recommended that the client clearly labels their content and adds it to either a Google Drive or other shared folder. Labeling photos is crucial for the SEO alt text and accessibility purposes. After the client submits content for their project, SBSS will conduct a review and inform the client if any additional information is required within 1-3 business days in most cases. SBSS strives to build strong client relationships based on trust, transparency, and effective communication. Our services may be purchased as fixed-price projects, hourly services through live support sessions, or through Marketing Maintenance Plans. All project communications count towards Marketing Maintenance Plan hours. This includes content guidance, strategy discussions, recommendations on services, reviews, feedback, and status inquiries initiated by either the client or SBSS to ensure clarity. Project communications are defined as emails, text messages, phone calls, online appointments, in-person meetings, and listings in the My Marketing section of the member portal for your project. Small Business Startup Solutions will remain a co-owner on the website so that full design and administrative privileges' are available. We will stay on the account until permissions are removed.
