Ongoing Marketing Support Plans are for clients that are looking for edits now and planning for edits later. Built for established small businesses, Wix Partners, designers, and agencies who need reliable support to execute consistent client work, extend capacity, or bring in a second set of eyes across strategy, design, and implementation. Time can be used for full service focused project work or live 1:1 support, with unused plan time available for up to one year.
Marketing service time works like a retainer and is flexible in how it is used. Time can be applied across Wix web design, SEO, marketing, strategy, website edits, and communication. Communication includes video calls, emails, and texts. One-on-one sessions can be scheduled using your plan time when logged into this website for internal collaboration or client-facing meetings. Project updates are tracked in your client portal. Ongoing maintenance plans do not include integration of website features e-commerce, booking , blog, plans, podcast, CMS, events, and members portals.

Time in the plan works like a retainer and is flexible in how it is used. Time in each plan is customized and can be used on Wix web design, SEO, marketing services, strategy, feedback, edits, and communications including website communications, video calls, e-mails, texts and phone calls. Project status will be provided in the client portal. One-on-one sessions can be scheduled with your project time at your convenience through the website once your plan is active. When logged into our website before booking a 1:1 Wix Website Support session your plan will be recognized and you will not be charged anything additional at checkout. Additional time may be needed as your project progresses, and planning for extra time is encouraged for ongoing maintenance, updates, and marketing services. Unused time is available for up to a year. Website Refresh Marketing Support Plans and Ongoing Support Plans do not include integration of website features e-commerce, booking, blog, plans, podcast, CMS, events, and members portals. Ongoing Support Plans have waived multi-attendee meeting fees during 1:1 live support calls.
