Content Organization - Gather and organize your content and specific requests in a shared folder, and provide the text in a Word document. We’ll review everything to ensure we have what we need to begin the project and may request additional details if necessary.
Desktop Design - We will design the desktop version of your website, focusing on layout and functionality based on your requests and content. This foundational step can help reduce the effort required for SEO and mobile optimization later on in the process.
Progress Review - Progress reviews can be done through a scheduled video meeting or a recorded video sent via email. It's recommended to use the full design block before receiving updates, with feedback implemented in future iterations. Pausing the project too early for check-ins can extend the timeline due to concerns over incomplete items taking away from the design time needed to complete them. It is important to allow the website service to progress before requesting updates.
Feedback Implementation - After receiving your progress review updates, please consolidate your feedback into a single Word document in Google Drive to streamline revisions. Adjustments will be made based on your input, and additional feedback may be needed for further clarification or details.
Mobile Optimization - After the desktop design is approved, we'll adjust the website to fit different device sizes. Wix Editor supports two breakpoints: one for desktop and one for mobile. In Wix Studio, there are three default breakpoints, with the option to create additional ones if needed.
Search Engine Optimization - We can optimize the site by labeling page titles, descriptions, images, sections, and graphics. Adding website functionality, additional pages and navigation can also help improve SEO.
Quality Control - We can website features to make sure the site is functioning correctly. Your help is also important in this space.
Website Launch - Publish the website to make it live for your audience. A Wix premium plan is required for domain connection. Guidance can be provided for linking payment setups, syncing calendars, and completing any remaining tasks.
Website Maintenance - We offer consulting and ongoing support for site management. Regular updates benefit both your site and SEO. Additionally, we can assist with marketing efforts, including managing blog posts, designing social media content, and handling email marketing.
