Social Media Policy

The purpose of this Social Media Policy is to outline the expectations and guidelines for small business clients of Small Business Startup Solutions (to be referred to throughout this policy as SBSS) who engage our services for designing and/or posting social media content. This policy aims to ensure transparency, clarify responsibilities, and establish a mutually beneficial working relationship.
This social media policy adheres to the SBSS Terms of Service of as well as other applicable SBSS company policies. Please note that the use of our affiliate partner Canva for design purposes is subject to Canva's separate policy.
Content Creation and Approval
SBSS utilizes our affiliate partner Canva, a graphic design platform, to create engaging and visually appealing social media content for our clients. As part of our commitment to staying at the forefront of digital marketing, we confirm that artificial intelligence (AI) will be utilized in aspects of generating social media posts for our clients. The client is responsible for providing necessary information, such as brand guidelines, key messages, and relevant images or materials, to facilitate content creation. The client will have the opportunity to review and approve all content before it is published. The client should provide timely responses to queries, requests for information, or content approvals to ensure timely delivery and posting.
The initial project scope will be clearly defined based on the agreed-upon deliverables, including the number of social media posts, design topics, and platforms (Instagram and Facebook) for posting and scheduling.
Please note that while we offer unlimited edits for the designed social media posts and captions, changes to the project scope itself are not included in this unlimited edits provision. Any significant changes or additions to the initial project scope may require a revision to the scope of work, which may be subject to additional charges or a separate agreement.
Account Access and Security
The client will provide the SBSS company e-mail, info@wix-websites.com, with necessary access to social media accounts for content creation and posting.
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions for the social media services provided at SBSS will automatically renew on their applicable schedule unless cancelled by the client. To terminate the service, the client must submit a cancellation request. Please note that once a subscription renews, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period. It is the client's responsibility to manage their subscription and initiate the cancellation process to ensure the discontinuation of services.
Liability for Incorrectly Posted Content
We want to clarify that as a marketing agency designing and posting social media content on behalf of our clients, we strive to maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism. However, it's important to understand the shared responsibility between our agency and the client regarding the content posted on social media accounts.
While we will exercise due diligence in ensuring the accuracy of the content, we cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies that may occur in the posted content. It is ultimately the client's responsibility to review and approve the content before it is published on their social media accounts.
We recommend that clients thoroughly review and provide their approval for all content prior to its posting. This includes verifying the accuracy of information, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and confirming that the content aligns with the client's brand guidelines and values.
By working collaboratively, we can minimize the likelihood of errors and ensure the best possible outcome for your social media presence. If you have any concerns or questions regarding content accuracy or liability, please let us know, and we will be happy to address them.
Please note that this disclaimer of liability is in line with industry standards and aims to establish a clear understanding of responsibilities between our agency and our valued clients.

Unlimited Edits: We value your satisfaction. You can request unlimited edits to the designed posts until they meet your approval. Our team will work closely with you to incorporate any necessary changes or revisions. Once the posts have been approved and delivered to the client, unlimited edits on the posts will expire. Posting and Scheduling: It is important to clarify that this service does not include posting or scheduling the designed content. However, our team can provide guidance on best practices for posting and scheduling, allowing you to effectively manage your social media presence.

Caption Writing: Please note that the written text of captions is not included in this service. However, if you require caption writing assistance, we offer additional options to cater to your needs.
Monthly Social Media
SBSS Monthly Social Media package is designed to provide you with a professional social media presence. SBSS will create 10 visually appealing and engaging social media post accompanied by captions and hashtags tailored to your brand and target audience.

Highlighted/Featured Content: Consider selecting and featuring your best-performing or most relevant content on your profile. This can include posts, photos, videos, or articles that showcase your expertise, creativity, or the value you offer.
